How to enrol

Three simple steps to a place at Kipepeo.

1 · Enquire

Send an enquiry or WhatsApp us with your child's age and what you're looking for.

2 · Visit

Tour the school, meet our guides, and see the classrooms, outdoor space and farm.

3 · Register

Complete registration and choose a start date. We'll get the fee schedule to you on enquiry.

Fees

What's included

Termly tuition is inclusive of meals, learning materials and football. Playgroup classes offer flexible 2, 3 or 5-day options; PP1, PP2 and Primary run 5 days.

One-off items at registration include a registration fee and a refundable caution deposit. Optional extras, swimming, art, STEM & robotics, music, martial arts and story-time clubs, plus school transport by zone, are available at additional termly rates.

Payment

Fees are paid in advance at the beginning of each term. Payment is by bank transfer, cash deposit, banker's cheque, or M-Pesa Paybill. We do not accept cash payments at school.

What to bring

Your child's kit list

  • Indoor shoes or crocs (left at school)
  • Boots for outdoor muddy wear
  • A hat (left at school)
  • A bottle of water
  • Spare change of clothes + labelled bag
  • Wipes for each child
  • Light blanket for nap time (Dakar class)
  • Diapers (if not yet potty trained)
  • An aptly sized book bag
Uniform

Neat, comfortable & practical

Uniform is worn for Abidjan, Conakry, Grade 1 and Grade 2. Our playgroup children (Dakar & Addis) do not wear uniform.

School shoes should be black leather and without laces, slip-ons or Velcro straps are ideal. Sports shoes should be comfortable and also lace-free.

Health & Safety

Clean, cared-for & safe

  • Sanitiser, soap & water for frequent hand-washing
  • Hand hygiene on arrival, at breaks, before meals & after the washroom
  • Classrooms, washrooms & materials cleaned & disinfected daily
  • Children who are unwell are asked to stay home to rest
